1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.


2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment.

  • Processing time typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • In some cases, processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to confirm the selected shipping method.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping Options

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 7–13 business days

Ocean Freight (Standard Shipping)

  • Estimated delivery: Approximately 20-25 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders when shipped via our standard ocean freight service.

  • No taxes or hidden fees will be added at checkout.
  • The price displayed on our website is the final amount you pay.
  • If you choose Express Delivery, additional shipping charges will apply. The exact cost will be confirmed with you via email before your order is processed.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping and logistics partners, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS
  • Freight and ocean freight carriers

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.


6. Order Updates & Tracking

You will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order.
  • A Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information and instructions for monitoring your shipment.


7. Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax on any orders.

Whether you choose standard shipping or express delivery, the total amount shown at checkout is the final price you pay.


8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be subject to material, production, or processing fees.

If your order has already been prepared and packed for shipment, you will be responsible for any applicable material costs. Please contact our customer service team for a detailed cost breakdown.

Important Notes

  • Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled by contacting us via email.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.


9. Additional Information

  • All delivery estimates are based on business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • To ensure safe transportation, all lighting fixtures require some assembly upon arrival.
  • Assembly and installation services are not included in the purchase price.
